Learning Design

We have both executed and managed instructional design and curriculum/assessment development projects. We are skilled in the ADDIE model of instructional design and have significant experience in data-driven curriculum design. We have experience in online, hybrid and face-to-face modes in K-12, higher education, and workforce development.

 

Assessment

We have extensive experience in designing, monitoring and evaluating assessments. Our expertise includes objective and subjective assessments. We also design authentic, project-based, competency-based, and simulation assessments. We provide data analysis on all types of assessment results. We can offer training and workshops to your staff in the following areas:

Program Evaluation

We have been conducting program evaluations for over 40 years. We have evaluated educational programs to fulfill grant requirements, to inform decision-makers, and for continuous improvement. We are experienced with a variety of evaluation methods that will meet your needs. We can conduct goal-based, outcomes-based, and process-based evaluations. For example, we employ Kirkpatrick’s model, the CIPP model, the logic model, and experimental/quasi-experimental designs. We also have expertise in:

  • Survey design and administration
