Dr. Anna Lissitz
Anna holds a PhD in Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation from the College of Education at the University of Maryland, College Park. Anna has held positions in the areas of program evaluation in K-12 public school districts, learning design and assessment leader in higher education, and elearning design consultant for workforce development organizations.

Dr. Robert Lissitz
Since receiving his Ph.D. from Syracuse University in 1969, Dr. Lissitz took a post-doctoral position with the Psychometric Laboratory at UNC followed by a faculty position in Psychology with the University of Georgia. In 1978 he moved to the University of Maryland to be department chairperson and professor of the Measurement, Statistics and Evaluation department. Dr. Lissitz’s research has primarily focused on standard setting and test equating in recent years as well as working on the topic of validity and a variety of other topics in methodology and psychometrics.
